GREEN TEAM KIDS CLUB SIGN UP

Dear Parents,
The Green Team Kids Club is open to any student at Fairlands. There is only ONE requirement to becoming a member, all
student MUST have their parents sign them up and give permission to participate in monthly events. We ask for your contact
information so we may properly plan our monthly events to ensure plenty of materials for all those interested and more
importantly, we communicate what we are doing ahead of time to alleviate any issues with allergies, etc. If you do not want
your child to participate in the current month's activities, you just need to let the Green Team Chairs know ahead of time and
they will redirect your child to another activity. A confusion students have is that the Fairlands Garden is open for ALL
students to enter and help with, but monthly "meeting" activities are for Kids Club members only that have been
pre-approved. We want to keep all of our students at Fairlands safe and happy, yet provide some additional enrichment
opportunities during their lunch recess.
